Ferris Family Dentistry membership plan subscribers receive savings on exams, X-rays, cleanings, and many additional dental services. Membership benefits and discounts can also be used at any participating Ferris Family Dentistry location for added convenience and flexibility.

Can I use my HSA/FSA card to pay for Ferris Family Dentistry subscriptions?
Yes! You can sign up for Ferris Family Dentistry subscription plans using your FSA or HSA card as you would any other credit card.

Can I start using my subscription services right away?
Yes! Ferris Family Dentistry subscription plans have no waiting periods, exclusions or maximums. You can begin taking advantage of your subscription services immediately upon signing up.

How often can I use my subscription?
Ferris Family Dentistry subscription plans are designed to align with the American Dental Association's recommendations for routine care. You can use your included services at the frequency your dentist recommends. Discounted services can be used as often as necessary. Unlike with traditional dental insurance, there is no maximum amount of benefit you can receive from a subscription.

Can I include dependents on my account?
Yes, dependents can be added when you initially sign up for your membership or at a later date. To add dependents after you have initially signed up for your membership, please call Subscribili, our licensed subscription operator, at 844-503-2400 or come into our office.
Billing FAQs

What if I need to cancel my Ferris Family Dentistry subscription plan?
If you cancel your subscription before your first visit or within 30 days, we will provide you with a full refund. After the 30 days or your first visit, there is a 12-month subscription commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time throughout the subscription commitment period, but we are unable to refund payments made before the cancellation.
Refunds take 5-7 business days to be processed and reflected in your account. You're welcome to restart your subscription at any time.

How long does my subscription last?
Our in-house membership plans are annual subscriptions that auto-renew after one year. If you would like to turn off this auto-renewal, simply inform our office staff or call 844-503-2400 to make this request.
