Does your office accept Medicaid?
We do not accept Medicaid at this time.

Where do I park?
Parking is available directly in front of our downtown Ferris office in our shared lot with O'Reilly Auto Parts and Family Dollar. Plenty of space is available for patients.

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
We offer third-party financing through CareCredit® to break your treatment cost into manageable monthly payments.

What hours is your office open?
Our office hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am-1:00 pm on Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Does your dental office treat children?
We see children for regular checkups and cavity fillings. Children under the age of 10 who require restorative treatment beyond basic cavity fillings will be referred to a pediatric specialist.

How early should I get to my appointment?
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to check in and complete any necessary paperwork.

How do I transfer dental records?
Please contact your previous dentist to ask them to forward your dental records to our office. You can also bring your records and/or any available X-rays to your appointment.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major dental insurance plans, including Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, MetLife, UnitedHealthcare, Guardian and many others. We’re happy to help you maximize your benefits and will always review costs upfront so there are no surprises.

What do I need for my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), X-rays from a previous dentist (if available) and your form of payment (cash, check, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
