Advanced Technology for Comfortable, Precise Care

At Ferris Family Dentistry, we combine compassionate care with advanced technology to ensure that every visit is precise, efficient and comfortable. Our office features the latest technology, allowing us to deliver accurate diagnostics and high-quality treatments in less time—including many restorations in just one visit. These modern tools enhance precision and help create a smoother, stress-free experience tailored to your needs.

Digital X-Rays

Digital X-rays provide high-resolution images with significantly less radiation exposure compared to traditional X-rays. These images help us accurately diagnose dental issues and plan effective treatments quickly.

Intraoral Camera

Intraoral cameras allow us to capture detailed images of your teeth and gums, providing a close-up view that enhances our diagnostic capabilities. This technology also helps you better understand your oral health by allowing you to see what we see during your exam.

Digital Scanner

Digital scanners enable us to create highly accurate 3D digital models of your teeth and gums, enhancing our diagnostic precision and treatment planning. This advanced technology also improves your experience by eliminating messy impressions and helping you visualize your oral health more clearly during your visit.

CEREC

Advanced digital scanning and in-office milling make it possible to design and create custom dental restorations—such as crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers—in a single visit. This approach eliminates the need for temporary restorations and multiple appointments. The result is a precise, durable restoration that blends seamlessly with your natural teeth, all completed in a single, efficient appointment.

Soft Tissue Laser

A soft-tissue laser is a gentle, minimally invasive dental tool designed to perform precise gum contouring, periodontal therapy and other soft-tissue procedures with exceptional accuracy. By using concentrated light energy instead of traditional surgical instruments, it minimizes bleeding, reduces the need for stitches and promotes faster healing.
